What we get asked most often
We already have an LMS. Do we have to replace it?
No. Many customers keep their existing system running for online courses. We take over the part classic learning platforms do not cover: in-person briefings, expiry tracking, and staff without a company email address.
We currently use spreadsheets. What changes?
Nothing about the training effort — a session takes just as long as it does today. What disappears is the list beside it: the record is created during the course or at check-in, and the system sends the reminder before expiry itself.
Our staff are not particularly tech-savvy. Does this still work?
Yes, because nobody needs an account. Employees receive a link by email or SMS, tap it, and they are in the course. If someone can watch a video on their phone, they can handle this. The interface is available in German, French and English.
We are a small organisation. Are we too small for this?
No. Small organisations and single sites are the typical size of our customers. There is no implementation project, and the package is based on your number of employees.
How long does setup take?
Your first course is online within minutes. For a complete training programme, most organisations plan for half a day. We support you in building the first courses.
Can we import existing and external records?
Yes. Externally acquired certificates — first aid, resuscitation, forklift licence, scaffolding — can be recorded and monitored with an expiry date, even if the course did not take place with us.
Who creates the course content?
You do, in the course builder — deliberately so, because only you know your processes, machines and policies. It works like a simple text editor, and we guide you through building the first courses.
Where is our data held — and can we get it back out?
The application and database run on Swiss server infrastructure; no data is transferred abroad. Processing follows the nDSG, including a data processing agreement. All records of course completion, attendance and certificates are exportable at any time.
What does it cost?
The price depends on your number of employees and the modules you need. Work out a non-binding indication yourself in the pricing calculator. We prepare a concrete quote once it is clear which modules are required — in our experience, you will not need all of them.
